if you are talking about the south philly races that happen almost every night, then i can tell you for sure that the cops bust that **** daily, fast and furoius style. if you get caught racing, they take your car and if you are just there watching, you get something like a 600$ ticket.

600 dollar ticket wow...... Here in pittsburgh they give a 80 dollar spectator ticeket.....So I guess its not worth the trip. Lagos In Philly do they still have that psr.. or pcr or whatever that board was before?
