ummm for me, basically, i would just import a real gt4 and build it up to push a nice 400 at the wheels.

I would strip the whole car down. Sand blast the whole body down to bare metal. Get all the seams/joints in the body double/re-welded. Lastly cut as much metal off the car body as possible and replace it with carbon fiber replacement. IE: fender, roof, hood, hatch, rear wheel well flare, bumpers, trunk floor, doors. replace all windows except windsheild with plexi-glass.

Replace all the bushings in the suspention with a higher shore polyurethane ones. TRD top mounts, and tein ss suspention, front and rear sway bars, upper and lower c-one strut bars. Doggy group buys braided brake line with full 7th gen gts celica big brake kits. On some 18 inch magnesium rims with 205/50/18 tires.

The performance would be a fully built 7agtze, water injection, lsd transmission....

The whole car would be painted Honda champion white. JDM projectors. JDM factory offered front lip and usdm gt side skirts, and ssIII rear splitters. all molded to the body. The car should look like stock but exception of body kit.

interior would be close to the stock, but the exception of racing seats with the 2002 IS300 "luxuary/sporty" scheme. Quick release full sound system ( every speaker has its own box and will lock into the proper place when needed). Carputor on a quick release system.

wow i am such a dreamer, I bet I out dreamed everyone here!

sadly, i'd sell the celica. despite the sexiness of the car, i wouldnt take it beyond what it is now. with unlimited time + money. i'd buy out toyota and remake their line up, keep scion going with their line, keep lexus going... incorporate an 8th gen celica that follow the lines better of a 6gen, start up the supra mkV, start again on a new age of mr2, oh and make all lines of celica available to all countries like gt4, gts, gt , st. and an ET (economic tour) for those ones in mind of the economy with a nice g/e power plant.

Im trying to get an idea whats availible. Well so far on my wishlist,
For the 97 GT

1. Camry V6 motor
2. Dustin15brown projector lights
3. 17" Mille Miglia M112
4. Mold stock body
5. Longer gears on tranny
6. Clear fog lights like the side markers
7. custom fiberglass trunk
8. Tein suspension kit
9. My idea of interiors on the seats with the word TRD on it.
10. Change out all my 8 interior speakers.
11. Subs and amp.

So far thats all i can think of.

For the Celi
The frame of the car is too deform. Buy another convertible.

I would just buy a celica with a beams engine in it.

I vaguely remmeber a photoshopped Celica a few months ago. It had nice 5 spoke wheels, lowered, damn near stock exterior, fog lights. I remember it being tinted amber and someone passed it off as their car later to say they were joking. Can anyone remember it? Or better still, post a picture of it. Cuz that's how I want my car to look. Under the hood I want a solid 3SGTE. I want a reliable swap.

Buy a gt4 and build it into a JGTC wide body race car like the one in the Japan TRD catalog.

My REALISTIC Celica dream would include:
- getting my kit fitted
- Rays Engineering ce28n 18x8 in gold
- Tein SS Coilovers
- Varis OEM CF Bonnet
- Vis CF Hatch
- Leather Interior
- Alpine Sound System
- Vertical Doors
- Greddy SP2 exhaust

For the Celica, I'd like to have a 3sgte swap with the awd transplant. Keep the car looking stock as it is now. Build the motor to 400hp. Smoke everybody. This will never happen, to expensive and not worth it.

trade the celi against the meanest biggest baddest mk4 TT supra i could find ..... then just grin ........sorry celica lover but you would too , admit it
