Topic #32565 8 posts Started by Mike
The clutch on my car is about dead, car won't accelerate worth a damn unless I really floor it, I absolutley need to get a new clutch installed next week, can you guys suggest a good one?

I want good longevity, but performance as well

I heard centerforce sucks as far as longevity goes, right now I'm looking at just getting a Toyota clutch installed, please offer some suggections!!!! Thanks!
i say might as well go for the ACT organic street disc and press plate
Doesnt make any sense that your clutch holds when you slam on the gas and not when your easy on it. This is uncharacteristic of a slipping clutch.

re-read post, i never said it was "slipping"
and you're missing the point, i was asking for what a good choice would be as far as a new clutch is concerned
You you never did say it was slipping, but why wouldnt your car be accelerating if it wasnt slipping?

And your missing my point. If something doesnt seem right, I try to delve deeper to see if perhaps your initial analysis is incorect, and would be wasting money on an unnecessary part. In turn, I'm trying to help, but if you wanna spend money on **** you dont need that wont solve your problem then go ahead, get cockeyed.
