I was being sued by a collection agency for a BS bill.
I had to write a letter to get a civil hearing after I was served,
but I won, I beat a real lawyer. Case Dismissed!!
The judge even said I seem very intelligent.
Obviously he has never seen my posts on here.lol

well thats how it should be - if you were blamed for doing something that you didn't do - normally there would be no evidence against you that you did it - of course you would win --
speaking of that - i had my first collection call 6 years ago - it turned out that the person who lived on the same street as i did had the same first and last name so they thought it was me after looking up my name in the phone book or something -- 2 times i hung up on them because i knew i had no debt - the only reason they kept calling back was because they asked can i speak to so and so - so i said this is he - then they start to play this harrassing game - i got fed up and started asking questions - (i was 18 at the time, and didn't have any bills- so no way i would have debts) i asked how long ago was this billed owed for - they said 2 years ago - so I asked them - do credit card companies give cards to 15-16 year olds - so he asked me for the last four of my social and verified that it wasn't me - and started apologizing -
