At this present time, there is not a good kit out there for the Celica ST. I have been, and am still, planning on developing and releasing one sometime in the next year or so.
I've just got so many swaps going on that I haven't had time to give my attention to it.
That said, there are a number of people here who have turboed their 7As, so if you do a search for "7AFTE" then you'll find a lot of info on it.

Like the Tweakster said, do a search on 7A-FTE and 7AFTE. You will finds LOTS of info and VITAL tips by the current 7A-FTErs (like me) and the former ones, which went to the darkside. =P
DON'T miss any of those threads...we took one for the team when venturing on turbocharging the 7A-FE. I have spent way too much money on it...enough, that I could've done two swaps and beef up the engines inside...and the other guys also...ay too much and if you read these threads, we are going to save you thousands. But I am not going to quit on the 7A-FE until I see some real numbers.
