cause its all custom made parts. Ie the adaptor to the manifold and downpipe.
that and the turbo alone goes for close to 1k from what ive seen.

Carl hasn't announced final pricing yet but he is moving forward with production and you can contact him by the email listed on the website. I think it will be a little less expensive than that and I will tell you that his fabrication skills are outstanding.
