OK, I bought a under body light bar kit for my car. Now I was never a fan of doing this but I got a good deal that I felt I couldn't pass up, $90 bucks for a brand new Optix full kit. I'm kinda feeling it but I really don't know whats stopping me from putiing it on. I really would like to see what the general consensus is. So the piggy bank is open, lets have those 2 cents >>

Not to be mean and all, but its one of those... Civic kinda things. I guess the key thing is if you like it, but personally I'd rather save the money up and do something to the engine. I'd much rather not look like a racer but blow people out of the water, then try and look the part with a stock engine. But who am I to be talking?

you can all say it looks ricey but i think it looks sweet as hell when you see a car fly past you with underglow. it may be a "civic" thing according to others but i think it looks good and you should do it if you like it. if not sell it to me!

Jimmy, its your car do what you want. But what color is it? If its green or blue it would look sweet on our color. I saw do it, what the hell we really can't make it go that much faster without dumping a lot of money into it. So, Like Gost dog told me the other night leave the celica as the pimp mobile. Hell if you don't like it take it off, but I say put it on and let us see it an night at the meet.

Ya Bryan, I'll put it on for the meet. I was planning to do that anyway. Oh ya , its red. As for the civic comments, thats exactly why I was hesitating on the install. But in the end its my decision. I guess I just wanted to get some of the comments that I would eventually get later on out of the way. But beleive me, my car is not going to be all show, I just ran out time to do the engine. Its a occupational thing >>

I say go for it dood! I'm puttin some on my car and i don't give a sh1t what all these hatters have to say about it. My car isn't gonna rape every car it comes across without 10k under the hood ( hmm wonder if natalie's dad is lookin for a son-in-law? >> ) so i'm sayin fuk all that noise and makin my car look good before it goes fast.

id say they look pretty decent, however id never do it to my car, and IMO if you have doubts then it isnt worth doing it, sell the underbody kit and make some money off it!! >>

i think it looks good on a car with some exterior mods and since u have a kit, then do it up...its just ricers w/ crappy cars that make em look bad

By the way :

Did you leave your factory bumper on bro? It looks sweet, and thats kinda what i'm thinking of doing with a very non-flashy front bumper/skirts, with no spoiler..

Ok take you underglows and put them on your car... I'm tired of everyone saying this and that is going to make your car look ricey... well if you like it do it F everyone else...That underglow is going to make you car look hot at night everyone is going to be looking at you going WOW.... so do it

I agree, once i get my exterior mods done i'm putting a full neon kit on..

Since the car will be white, i'll probably do blue underglow..

Ya dude...definately go for it...i'm just waiting for the night that i see a tight ass car with underglow go flying by..and i'll be pissing my pants!!
Everyone will look at you at night..and those tricked out cars with no neons won't get jack s#@t for attention.

They go on this weekend. I'll take pics, my car has changed a bit. Roof spoiler is on, drop springs are on and now this light kit. Its about time I updated my profile. With this the exterior is done. Now if I can only make up my mind on my engine plans >>

Yea, everyone always tells me this "it's your car". In the end nobody you care about is gonna be dissing you for doing what you want to do.

$90, good deal. Just expect to pay more if you drive on the street with them. Cops are bored in the middle of the night, just remeber.
