Hey everyone. I am gauging interest on the custom ducktail spoiler that Romas made a while back. A lot of people expressed interest in his thread, and I'm asking you to express your interest here too. I am able to obtain a specific number of these if the interest is there. It would also be cheaper and more effient to do this project around this time or soon based on rates, schedules, and so forth. I would be having all of the items shipped to my house first then shipped out to make things easier to maintain and keep track of. No, this is not a gb yet so please do not bombard me with questions. The pricing is going to be $160 shipped. Does this arouse anyones interest? I personally think this spoiler is extremly awesome and want one for myself. Here are some pics

he made his for his hatchback, can he make one for the coupe/verts? or would it be the same for both. If i can get one for my vert, i would be very interested.

i do like it. simple and clean.
i took my stock one off cuz it was too "big" for me... and that was pretty small.

you mean like the Booster tuning roof spoiler? or just a totally custom one?

not only would it not look good, it would not work. If you look at the contour of the trunk lid, the duck tail spoiler sits where any other spoiler sits. sooo, if it sits where the regular spoiler would sit, you couldn't really put two spolers in the same place now could you?

you'd use an adhesive OR

if you already have a spoiler and someone was creative
a "stud" could be made into the bottom of the lip spoiler that would go right into a stock spoiler hole location and bolt down....

I agree, should look more like the drifter spoiler off the preludes...then id be more interested

i like this idea, current design in pics doesnt seem like it would cover all my holes. would like to see it extend to cover the holes if possible (not sure if this is final design or up for suggestions) because i dont want to weld them shut because i might want to put stock wing back on later. put me down as highly interested either way though. all money being saved now is going to 7afte project but i figure these gb's take a while to get rolling

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

Bump.

I'm just amazed. Shortly after removing my spoiler yesterday I looked at the car and thought to myself "this thing would look awesome if the semi-lip on the back of the hatch came out a little more and had a bit more curve to it." Kind of like a 98-02 SS Camaro spoiler. And here we have it.

You can put me down as VERY interested.
