I think it looks strange because you took that pic from the back of the valve cover. A front shot would make it more recognizable, however I'm pretty sure any 5SFE valve cover would fit since the later generations structurally are virtually the same as eachother.

yea it should fit without a hitch, youll prolly have to use a new hose for the PCV valve.
