Advance Timing

Has anyone had any experience with this? I'm interested in doing it but i dunno if its a good idea and/or if will not harm the engine..... >confused.gif>

I did this on my 5sfe engine and it helped a little...expecially after my P&P.. It's really easy to do to but there are a few risks involved and I didn't realy think that the gain was worth it
