Ive blown two upper hoses since Ive owned my car
today I let my car idle until at normal opperating temp and noticed the two electric fans didn't kick on it dosent get hot but the fan never kick on eitheir have any of u had this problem


any help would be nice

now I have a new problem I got my fan to kick on but only after I turn on my heater I think I might have a short but I wanted to ask all of u to see if any of u have had this problem

check the relay at the bottom of the radiator...I think where you drain it. Just follow the wires. It might be out. thats the sensor that tells the fans to come on! >smile.gif>

Speaking of those relay's, what is neccessary to create a switch that will just turn the fans on when you want them to? Splice power and a ground into the relay, then run it to a switch in the cab?

actually my friend told me that all u have to do is gound the wire and the fans kick on
