What would happen if I swapped my gauge cluster from the Auto one to the manual?

I noticed there is an extra set of plugs for the Auto cluster.

why would u want to? dont they have different redlines?

It's not just about getting from point A to point B anymore....
True. will have to take a good look when i am free

Reason? Long story cut short, its not letting me achieve what I want to do. got a thread somewhere here.
uh thats gonna need some further explination. What isnt it letting u do? Cuz id like to know.

sigh ok.

Not that it would be much relevence to your celica. My auto gauge is the jdm one and instead of having 3 big bulbs(198) lighting up the gauge. It has 2 big ones and 2 no.74 ones and another weird sizeds one.

Now, the problem with getting LEDs in different sizes is the fact that I could not get similar brightness leds

I had a solution which was to break open a piaa 198 bulb which consists of two #74 bulbs and just use that.

It turned out ok, but due to the design on the speedo... shining white light through would give a greenish tint. The only other option for the piaa #198 bulbs is blue which I have no intention of using.

I am thinking of using amber lighting but they are not made for PIAA bulbs therefore I am seeing if i can just change to a manual cluster and save me all the hassle
