I've recently brought JDM Projector headlight of this guy.
Initally he wanted me to just do an International wire transfer.
I was recommended by a friend not to do it.
So I thought of another idea, and told him to post it on ebay,
which he did. Cause I brought JDM Taillight off this guy before.
After I've paided him, I email him telling him I've paid him.
He emailed me back and told me he had a problem with his paypal account.
I just got an email from him saying it's fixed, and want me to pay again >>
I've just sent him an email saying I've paid already.
Now I'm waiting for a reply from him.
Is there anything I can do?

dont send money again, call paypal.

turn it in to paypal......that's about it that i know of

I wasnt goin too.
I just paid him like $870US.
I hope paypal can sort this out.

make sure you dispute the charge with paypal in a timely way. If you wait too long, you will be out of luck. Oh, and one more thing, buy your projectors from Toyota World.

Yea I know that was my second option to buy it from Toyota World.
But this guy was cheaper.
Now I sort of wish that I did buy it from Toyota World.

Update: Here is the situation.
My friend pay for the projectors through paypal.
But on his side it says "still pending payment"
What is does this mean?

It means that its gata transer from his bank to paypal so that paypal and treanser the money to him, its about a 3 day wait, unless you give paypal your credit card info and have a confirmed address then its instant

if you cant get your money back or through to paypal but they took it out of your account, talk to your credit card people. Tell them the situation and they should take care of em, or at least get your money back.

you have 30 days to file a complaint. i learned the hard way when that a*s PlanetFuzz took my money. But i do know where he lives and i was talking to some members about making a friendly visit, >>

Update: We sort of found out the problem, I hope.
This guy has 2 email address, one gmail and one hotmail.
Now paypal has his hotmail address and I've been emailing on his gmail one.
So he told me to paypal his gmail account.
This to me doesnt make any sense >>
If he has been using hotmail as his paypal address, why all of a sudden does
he wants me to change payment it to his gmail account?
I want to get out of this, cause I found another place that can do it for the
same price that he is offering.
But I do feel sorry for him cause he had to pay for the listing on ebay.
What do I do?

That's exactly what I thought!
Apparently it's against ebay's rule to send paypal to a different email address, then the
one that is specified.
I seriously dont know what this guy is doin?
The only reason why I'm not pulling out is that my friend would get bad feedback.

If they didn't take out the funds yet, Cancel the transaction.
Paypal is worthless when you try to call em up. If you sent it to his e-mail address, show him the transaction recepit.
