I'm thinking about trying to get a tacoma X-Runner. More and more I think about it I want the truck even more. The celica is just so impratical when you try to do lots of things. The X runner is clean, fast (you know i gotta throw the TRD S/C on it), and would be a fun truck. I wouldnt get into modding to much. Just redoing the sound system and alittle engine mods. Idk, its such a hard decision. It will be awhile before I can afford it but I'm gonna start saving up right now. I need to save around 5K to put down on it if I want it.

Idk, I may go after it and just drop the insurance on the celica and make it just a project car right now or I may get rid of it all together. Such difficult decisions to make...both could be lots of fun...the celica could be faster but I dont have to worry about roads anymore w/ a truck...idk...i'm confused still.

I too am thinking about selling the celica. Though.. I want an IS300, S2000, or an SLK230 (I saw a nice one for sale for $19500).

You willing to spend $200 on insurance and $300 a month on car payment for like 5 years ? Thats $500 a month.

I'd rather pay $75 a month for basic on the celica, and $0 in car payment and save my money.

I like havin it as my daily, or the alltrac, and a nice sil80 summer car, for cheaper

Street truck...Yuck.

Those taco's are very nice and they come with a nice frame from the factory, but this is the age where our economy isn't doing too good. How much mileage does that thing have? 15-20 MPG?? just thinking about how much it would cost at the pump would scare any to death.
