It is the passenger side insulator, rubber mount and the little bracket that bolts to the bottom of the insulator.
They are all brand the bracket and rubber part is still in the plastic, and the insulator still has the stickers on it.

Sorry I wont take less than $100 + shipping. I paid $130 for them new from the toyota dealer, they aren't even out of the packaging yet.
