so after painting my tails roughly two months ago the paint has started peeling off. >> has anyone else had this problem?

I'm thinking it might be because I put on too many coats (6red, 6tint, 5clear). Or maybe not waiting long enough between coats ~30mins. Or maybe just the cold weather we've already been getting up here in Canada. I used testors paint so i'm not sure how great that stuff is for the weather.

any help is appreciated because I wanna try this again.
