ok so i went to get a resonator put BACK on my car yesterday, it sounded a little smoother not what i was expecting though, then today when i was driving to work im hearing this loud banging ratting thumping noise coming from back,front, side , basically everywhere around the car.only when im accelerating though can somoeone please help me before i go back and strangle this guy.

he may have missed a hanger, or rushed the resonator install, and it may be banging against the underbody..

check all the rubber mounts to see if they are worn out. Sometimes when they weld pipes back on the heat transfers through the pipes and will melt or help decay the rubber bushing.

he didnt mount any hangers he just cut in the middle of the pipe amd welded the resonator in the palce of the missing pipe but i will check this noise is annoying only when im acelerating in 1st or 2nd crusing its not there.

When you re-did your exhaust, did you include a flexpipe?

yes it came with the header that is actually the part that i think is hitting ,i was actually outside inspecting this horrible noiseand it seems awfully close to the plastic, metal or whatever is there maybe the resonator weighed the rest or the exuast down causing it to hit the lower portion of my car. also it only does when im rolling it wont do it when im sitting still.
