well said. I like to think that this is a community that often trascends the cars we drive. anyone who sells their celi is still welcome here as is the new owner of the car.

as for my car. its staying with me for the duration. logically I can't see any point in selling a car who's emotional worth far outweighs any monetary. its also too damn sexy to give up ..

I owe 3500 more on mine. I came from v6z24.com with my cavalier before I got here. I thought I was never going to sell that. I did alot of custom body mods to itA(cav), maybe too much. I sold it. I actually was going to buy the 5th gen celica vert, never heard of the 6th till I see mine at a dealers. It was love at first site.

I'm in love with my car(celica), and still hear the question, what kind of car is that? I think when you modernise the celica with projectors, tailights, mellow body changes, lips the car still looks very modern. The interior does, at least mine does.(painted stuff, seats) If I ever get another vehicle its going to be at truck so I could haul stuff around(motorcycle, jet skis). I'm keeping my celica for life. I'm going to make it as modern looking as possible without it looking too cheesy.

As far as members leaving, other people got to step up. Look at plyr moving up to where neverstop and soundslut were with body changes. Theres alot of members on here doing swaps at the moment and others like me that want to, but only have one vehicle and can't afford down time.
All I got to say is I'll be on 6gc for ever! >

Well, my confesion.....

I know that i did wrong... But... So much time spent on my car, so much money vent in to it... and i could not stand no more it.. Last few month i aint had time to work on it at all, cuz i was overburned from making different parts for 6GC... Overburned, cuz i worked whole summer on Edo's and Marchius cars... Overburned cuz i wasnt able to drive it.. bloved more money into full repaint and this was the last drop....

3 month before one of my friends started to visit me more often and ask me stupid question about celica, at first i was like wtf, you aint gonna buy it.... But... Next day then i put my Turbo kit on and tuned it, i drove him in my car... he heard Psssssssshhhhht sound, and was like HOW MUCH???

I couldnt resist the offer he gave me... We traded my Celi to his Peugeot 406 Coupe 97' (it is worth about 6000 euros / 7200$) and he gave me 1800 Euros / 2180$ in cash for my car... Im thinking about selling his Peugeot for about 7400$ so in total i should get about 9300$, this is the offer i could not resist....

Anyway, im too paranoid about my celi, cuz after i installed turbo kit, im pretty paranoid about different stuff, like oil lines, fuel lines, about how they brake and etc... Im paranoid to leave it anythere, cuz im sceard it will get scratched.... So... i gave up on her... It will be sad to see it leave (next week), but i need to move on...

As for now, guys, PRAY, cuz i found a car, that is way worth to get.. Its a 98' Beams SSIII, White, JDM (converted to LHD), with everything (sideskirts, Spliters, SSIII white wheels)... And price for it is about 7000$, so im definantly getting it if i will sell peugeot fast enouth...

So i will stay in family, and i will definantly make another Custom DCW car for all of yea. Just wait, cuz i have WAY MORE planed for new celi >
