If im changing my rotors to new ones do I have to resurface it before i use it or i can just slap it on with my old brake pads and its good to go?

You don't need to resurface your rotors. But you may need new pads...I'm really not sure.

If you get new rotors, get new pads. If you get new pads, you should turn your rotors or get new ones. Pads wear unevenly. If you change one and not the other, you can get less of a contact surface between the two and braking could suffer.

i was hoping i didnt have to my pads arent even 6 months old.
you dont have to.... but its a while your down there kinda thing, you should be fine.... but mabye look back in a year or so.
sand the pad a lil and get some glaze off and slap em on
If your pads are that new, you should be fine unless you have been very abusive on them.
