if its on the track gt4 will win hands down... but if its only on the quarter mile it'll depend on the driver

Depends on the track. The new Teggy type R is stunningly quick around a track, so I suspect it would be close.
The Four is hugely more massive, and the drivetrain sucks power.
Down a real road in real conditions, and it's advantage GT4 I think, simply due to the brakes, mid range shove and 4 driven wheels.

The Integra have a N/A engine (210 bhp or so), so I kinda agree with the big E on this one.. And I suppose it's a bit lighter too. And since it's FWD the drivetrain does not have the same amount of loss as the Four.
This race would not always be won by the Four so easy as you might think.. But if the drivers in both cars are at the aprox. same skill level with their type of vehicle, the Four would probably win most races.
Another question is, are we talking bone stock? Because if not, the race could suddently become impossible to measure. Honda engines are very bolt-on friendly with rather good increases in power from small and very easily available bolt-ons.
All in all the Four is better in my book, but still.. The Integra is not a bad opponent.
