So i wanted to know if i can used a auto 7afe block and convert to a stick shift block..? could it be done ???? and also could the 16v 4age piston, rods, crank shaft be fitted into the 7afe block..?

block can go either way as long as you have all the manual or automatic componets
pistons=yes
rods=no
crank=no

edit: i just noticed you posted the same question in club4ag.com have you done any searches? because its talked about alot over there and we have a few on here about 7age motors

There is no such thing as an "auto block" or a "manual block" its the same block.
