I don't care about body condition as long as it's inspectable. I do care about serious structural rust.

Preferably no modifications done to it and preferably owner has not beat the crap out of it.

I'm in NH, and have one with 149K on her, black on black 5 speed GT hatch. Outside is in good shape, inside in great shape, new floor matts, rear leather seats are almost mint, front seats are ok but I have 7th gen GTS black leather seats I might put in, premium sound system with all 4 speakers amp'd. 4 summer and 4 winter tires as well.
