I know there are way more engine parts for the gt guys than there are for the st guys, so what is out there to build up the st engine a little bit and not have to go for the swap. I already have an intake and an exhaust. If someone thinks they have a fast st then tell me how you made it quick. I dont have enough for turbo either.
ok well #1 a turbo is the only way to make an ST fast....................

n/a mods:
CAI
full exhaust 2.25" pipe mendrel bent under the back exel
custom header
port and polish the head with 5 angel valve

I was under the impression that the B16 exhaust manifold wasn't a direct fit...

1995 Celica ST - Riceball grocery getter. I saved her from Neons, 19" rims and TVs. All-stock save a weld-on muffler (does that count?) and V-AFC.1991 CRX - The hobby car. I say that because I can never seem to get it completely together!
its not you have to cut it and reweld a 7afe exhaust flange to it like i did on my 7agte project

you can do a whole kit for the 7afte for $1600 the biggest cost is the manifold and turbo minus any electrical stuff

on my old set up i just used a log manifold from jgstools

go check the HOW TO TURBO A 7afe

edit: player didnt you say a friend of yours had b-series manifold on his 7afe turbo set up how about some pics

he lives in jersey calm your shorts....
he has it in but there are a few issues.....

#1) left radiator fan has to be removed and placed in the front..
#2) the wastegate touches the upper radiator hose
#3) the turbo and the a/c lines do come into some issue and has to be adjusted....i'm not certain about the exact spot or issue...

oh and the JGSTOOLS oil feed/drain line kit comes a little short to the turbo so longer lines will be needed

JGSTOOLS shows nothing of the sort on their site, call for the manifold? Sorry to be so persistant, I just want to find a manifold alone, not stuck in some crappy "TSI turbo" package. I have a T25 from an old t-bird freshly rebuilt, .53/.57. Next on my shopping list is a manifold and injectors. Thanks for your experience.

hrmmm for a T25 i think jgstools should have a log style for that....
OK everyone... We have a pretty hardcore race company around here somewhere that one of my friends uses..... He just got his 350hp civic and all that ****.... But the company said they could make a complete turbo set up to hit around 300whp for $4500 installed.... I then said the 7a couldn't handle that much power.. Smartass says that includes all internal upgrades needed to run the boost... Should I find out more information for you guys?

For less hassle just put a jgstool log mani in there and just get a t25 flange and weld it on and your set
