i am wiring my fogs today. i was wondering if there is a way where you can connect the fogs so that they turn on when you turn your headlights on. can anyone help?

It's very simple. Find your headlight wire in the driver's kick panel or in the steering column. Then run that wire to terminal 86 of a SPDT relay. Terminal 85 goes to ground, 30 goes to a fuse and then your battery, and 87 goes to the power wires of your two fog lights.
