I discovered this while searching the web the other day for any news on Altezza lights for our cars. It's an official on-line petition to APC asking them to produce the lights.

Good luck getting APC or any aftermarket companies to make new parts for our cars such as Altezza-style lights or clear corners for the '94 and '95. I emailed APC, OBX, and ProCarParts a long time ago about making some '94 and '95 clear corners, and didn't even recieve a single acknowledgement that they'd even read my e-mail. >

I wouldn't totally knock it, altezzas aren't the greatest but any bit of aftermarket support for the 6gc would be good, and cf altezzas would be kinda nice.

i signed it...i probably wouldn't get them but think of it like this. i am sure that they talk to other new and upcoming companies and ask them what there best sellers are. obviously if we get a lot of people to buy these then maybe new companies will make products for us.
I personally dont care for altezza's but I would be down for a set of the Retro 3d's There kinda pimp.. I would also take full clears as long as they didnt look cheap.. I might sign it

I agree some decent quality full clears would look great.
If you sign the petition you can state whether you would prefer an altezza, euro clear or any other style light you would like see made.

I would just save up for JDM's.
im sure im gonna get bitched at or whatever but what is the big problem with altezzas? im just curious i dont like all off them but the cf ones sure do look nice..
I have to agree with 94TRDCeli, im not a big fan of altezzas, but carbon fiber or some sort of clear set of tails would be real nice to pick from. And if altezzas arent your thing, than dont buy 'em >

Please no. Why would anyone want to put them on there car beats me. I think they are so ugly and so played out. Id rather keep mine stock.

Hey yea, why you gotta rain on other people's parades? Not like Altezza's on other people's Celica's are going to hurt you. Unless it's the type of Altezza's that hurt people. I once got my arm broken by the Altezza's on a Honda.
i think it's a good petition. my only issue with it is this: you do realize that carbon fiber altezzas are not real carbon fiber, don't you? it's not even close. it's just black and silver checkerboard plastic. and if you get anything that is REAL carbon fiber, like a wing, or a hood, the CF-look lights will look like trash next to it. i'm a big fan of CF, and I love it, i have a dash kit, knob, and fuel door... but i've held up CF-look parts next to my stuff, and it just doesn't cut it... just my opinion, i think it would be great if they made more parts.
i just want everyone to know what they are getting when they ask APC to build "Carbon Fiber" tails.

Hopefully this petition will show aftermarket companies that there is a market for gen 6 products and they may even begin to make other stuff(clear turn signals for 94-95 cars would be an idea) .
