Hi 6gcers

I'm wanting to know who has a the JSpeed 3 points rear strut brace?
What do you guys think about it?
I'm gonna be ordering mine tomorrow, but just want your opinions first.

I've changed my mind.
I didnt know you had to drill the bottom of the boot to fit the JSpeed rear three point strut brace.
I'm not to keen on drilling holes in my car >>
So i might go with the cusco rear strut brace 2 points one >>

you don't have to drill anything for the rear strut brace to fit. it's direct bolt on. i'll take pics but too many stuff is in my trunk right now.

I believe the 3rd point mounts to the back rest bolts. I might be wrong. Keep in you'll lose your back seat. I took my seats out and now I never have to drive when me and my friends go drinking. Works out better that way.

The 3 point brace requires no such removal of back seats. It also does not require any type of drilling. I tried to post pictures of the part in my weak sauce econobox powered 95' st, but had no luck. Give me some time and I'll get the pics up. Until then let the rumors of pulling seats and drilling holes end.

I'm pretty sure you can have the back seat up with the strut brace.
I think that what its said in the part database.
As for the hole for the bolt at the bottom, I've checked the boot of
my car about three times and there is no factory pre-drilled hole.
Shin told me his one has it, I guess the Australian model doesnt have it .
I'm quite pissed off because of that >>

alrite. tell you what man, i'll take pics and post it up soon so you'll have a better idea where the bolt is.. but first, you'll have to wait since my trunk's filled and i'll have to clear them out when i move next week before i can take pics.

Buuuuh? where does J-speed say that the seat has to be taken out? I have the part in my car... I also have the seats in... Listen...hop in the back of your celi hatch and lay down the seats. Now roll back the carpet in the center of the seats. You should find a bolt that holds the seat bracket in. It is kinda below the seats. Damnit I wish my pics would upload. That bolt goes through the bottom point of the brace. No holes drilled! No Seats Removed! I'm not just making this **** up.

I've just got the Cusco rear strut brace.
About time. I've wait like 2 weeks to get
it. But it was worth it >> .
Was giving it on the way home, I felt
less body roll with it on, so I guess it
help.

Check the link you gave and look at the details of the product. It clearly states no rear seats.

i don't get what you mean junior. what you mean no rear seats? it fitted in mine. here's what it says.

The absolute best rear brace for your 90~99 hatchback celica. Will not fit coupe models. These DO fit with rear seats still installed on the vehicle.

i don't have any problem with mine. >>
