I got 4 4-way Premier 260Watt speakers in the celi. 6.5". if i get the GM-6150F, which is a 4channel 600watt amp from premier, would this make my speakers sound better? dumb question??? what would be the difference. my speakers sounds good right now. i have no amp right now. i guess its 150 watts per speaker with that amp, right? thats good or what? i just need some info. i can get the amp for 100. i wanna know if its worth it.

that amp would work fine.. just be careful with the gains and such... might be a little too much but it will/should work great

cool. what does all that mean? ^
it is the amplifier ratings in RMS wattage, it's an average rating. (no such thing as true "max" or "peak" power when it comes to amps)

edit: also omhs are speaker coil resistance, which determines how much load you put on your amp, most car speakers will be 4ohms, when two 4 ohms speakers are paired they give a 2 ohm load to the amp. Bridge is when you take both channels of the amp and put them together as one channel, doubling it's power but rising it's minimum load (from 2ohms to 4ohms). This can be a little bit confusing at first but it's very important to configure the speakers to the amp to prevent overloading (when having a lower than minimum resistance).
