I believe the Caldina is referred to as the ST215 but wouldn't that make it the 4th gen 3sgte since the 3rd gen is in the ST205? Or is it the same 3sgte in both?

Caldina, yes.
And it's a 3rd Gen GTE but with an air/air interwarmer.

JDM ST205Blitz Spec NUR Exhaust, somewhere over $1000Needing another one 18000 miles later, bloody annoying.
If Toyota was to ever build a 4th generation 3sgte. It would most likely be equiped with VVTi.
