I got tired of bumping up old topics on this and still not getting an answer, so I made this topic

I'm buying the DMH performance exhaust cutout next week link and I need to know what the diameter the exhaust is of the celicas with 5sfe's, the cutoffs come in 2 inch diameter and 2.5, I'm assuming i'd have to get the 2'' one, but before i do i really need to know the diameter of the exhaust on our cars!! please!!!!

(i plan on installing the cutout right after the header)

regardless you will have to cut pipe out and weld in new pipe

take the cutout piece to an exhaust shop
and they will bump/shink pipe as needed to the stock exhaust

so stick with a 2" cut out and you will be fine

just go down to your local exhaust shop and tell them where you need it placed and they can take care of it for you

Maybe I'm missing something, but why can't you get under your car and measure the pipe yourself?

its prolly not gonna be 2" OR 2.25"...its gonna be like 51mm or somthing..lol yay celica! >>
