ok on the back of the engine it lloks like there is a clear tube that is blocked off stickin straight out anybody have any clue what this is

um... only with a picture could I make a guess.
there should not be any clear tubes in the engine bay. I'm guessing someone is using some cheap plastic hoses as a vaccuum line. Maybe a vaccuum line on the intake manifold. But I have no idea where this hose is located and where it points what color it is.. so That is probably the most help i can offer.
