Background Info: I'm a 16 year old male from Cheswick, Pennsylvania (Near Pittsburgh) I've loved cars all my life. When I was 13, I started looking for cars to buy (I know it was really early, but hey, I was excited). I was looking to more import models, because my family is a Toyota family. That said, the Celica was at the top of my list, and the 6th was my favorite generation.

About two weeks ago my dad comes home and tells me to look up a 1994 Celica ST Hatchback on Kelley Blue Book. We ended up calling the woman and taking a test-drive. We bought it that night. It just so happens my dad saw that Celica everyday on his way to work and thought "If that car ever went for sale, I'd consider it for Alex." It had a big For-Sale sign in the window one Monday and It was sitting in my driveway by Saturday.

I love my Celica. I plan on doing many upgrades, although it may take a while cause I spent all my money on the car of my dreams!

We now have 3 Toyotas parked outside. My dad's '93 Camry, my mom's '02 Corolla S and My '94 Celica.

congrats >smile.gif> enjoy the awsome quality our cars have, because in terms of speed, your mom's corolla most likely could show you whats up, lol >rolleyes.gif>

Car #3: 98 Accord LX- purchased 5/06, totaled 8/06Car #2: 95 Celica GT- purchased 8/03, current daily driverCar #1: 01 Focus ZX3- purchased 5/01, sold 8/03
That Corolla is pretty zippy. It's the "S" model and as with most newer Toyotas it has the VVT-i engine. I'd like to get my celica to at least 150 HP but I probably won't do too much in the way of performance now, cause it's not like I can really get on the throttle now, with my parents in the car (I'm still driving on my permit.) I'm thinking about some rims but I'd can't afford anything for a while so I just sanded and repainted my stock wheel covers >frown.gif>

I guess they look ok for wheel covers. Maybe some stock GT wheels in the future?
