So here's the story. I've had my car since August of 2004... it's been awesome, i love the car, a lot. But i'm planning on getting married next summer, my boyfriend has a $20000 civic that he's selling right now.. and i'm thinking, should we both sell and get an impreza 2.5RS since we both really want one? or would we be better off keeping my car and him just buying an older civic or something... my car has some problems, issues with transmission, a little bit of rust, nothing THAT serious though. i paid $8500CDN, but now all the 6th gens are goin for like 11 grand out here... i could make money on it. Should I? need some advice... thanks guys.

i'll say no. you would know the reason why lol.. but seriously. 2.5rs are hot, but i still think the celi's a rare car and should be kept, although i saw 1 hatch and 2 convertibles today..but still, alot of my friends are looking into getting the 6th gen and the prices are getting higher and higher, but it's your choice. to keep or to sell. it's all depends on how much you like your celi.

i know the prices are goin higher for our cars, that's why i think i should sell now.. or soon anyway. either way, i'm putting it up on auto trader today, gonna start at $11000 see what happens... compared to all the rest that are for sale for 11 mine looks the best, and it's a manual transmission which is also more rare out here, and since i'm in canada, and my car is from california makes it even a little bit better... i'll try it, see what happens, if no one's interested, i'll keep it.. whatever, it'll work out
Don't forget the fact that now both of you will need to share 1 car, if you go ahead with the idea...
no he's got an old ass escort that he bought for 300 bucks and it runs great, has less miles than both of our cars, lol

well i put it up for sale earlier today just to see what would happen, and within 3 hours i had someone call me and say they were very interested and already had enough money to buy it.. so we'll see what happens.

well as of right now i'm gonna do a little more stuff to it.. raiser blocks, fix the passenger side window, just stuff like that. not so much gonna advertise it anymore, it's in 1 place for now, if someone wants it the way it is they can have it.
