What would be better dropping the car with springs or coilovers
Springs or Coilovers? - 6G Celicas Forums
It all depends on what your ride preference is. I had CG's first and I decided to go the spring route because I didn't need that type of set up.
I think that if your an average driver who isn't going to take your car around mad corners or autox'ing, then go the spring route.
If you're a driver that's looking for mad handling, agressive driving or autox'ing type driving then go with coilovers.
If you decide to go the coilover route, make sure you upgrade your shocks also.

i had cheap coilovers on my car at first, then i swapped them with 1.5 inch drop springs. i would go with coilovers tho if u get a good set up. some were around 600-800 i think they were.
