'99 with 50 000 miles. No problems at all. The car is still like new.
ecelica started the same kind of thread going but take a look at that 229902 miles 00 celica... now thats a reliable engine due to all he replaced was an alternator all those miles.
the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.
^^^ yup.. alot of people say the 7th gens arent reliable, but if u look , theres alot of them over 100k now with no probs.. i think celicas of all years are tanks >

128.000 km About 80.000 Miles.
Toyota is one of the best engine builder there is. Know a few guys owning a 5th Gen Celica with over 250.000 km (about 150-160.000 miles) running with no problems. Yeah some troubels with the Gears buts thats because they cant shift good >

Oh let me think here. 89k on the chasis, 92k on the second 5SFE, and there's a new tranny coming soon. I got a lemon, already gone through one engine and a transmission. I'm kind of upset but i don't have anyone to blame. Hopefully after the transmission that is all.
