Okay, I gave up on the 4A-GZE swap project. It's just too much crap to go through when I already have a good engine to work with. I wanted to rebuild my 7A since I have a lot of miles on it. I wanted to know what parts are considered "internals"(dumb question, I know)? I wanted to buy new internals to make the engine stronger. Everything possible so I can turbo this little puppy later on without damaging the engine so much. So please provide me with a list of the internals and what's the best brand to get, how much is it, labor, etc. That'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

forged pistons and rods are the way to go. JE pistons can make you them for a round 400 i think. the rods on the other hand are hard to come by. a few componies can custom make them. just serch around a little bit and u will find some more info. i allso sugest a head swap. just swap the head with a 4age head. hope this helps u out.
hmmm internals
is 100% CUSTOM my friend
will run you about 1k total ruffly to have them made
(i'm having rods and pistons made for my 7afte project next year)
brand wiseco/arias pistons will be good
crower rods are good
since there is nothing internally for the 7afe on the market there really is no "good or bad" yet since we don't know lol
ummm you can use 4agze pistons with minor wrist pin modification and you will have a raised compression which is fixable using a 2mm head gasket from a 4ag(z)e motor

So basically, all you could replace is the pistons and the rods? after that, then to make the engine pretty much new is rebuild the engine, right? polish everything, etc. how much is a good price for rebuilding an engine(i dont wanna get ripped off or anything)?
Crower can make a complete custom bottom end which includes Crank, Rods, Pistons, Bearings, Pins, Rings, and Locks. Call them and ask the cost.
