I get this sometimes when i make a U-turn or turn the wheels all the way i hear a hissing or screeching soundit doesnt happen all the time....what the hell could it be? >>

yup, costs like 20 bucks down at ur local napa auto parts store.... doesnt take long to replace if u are bugged about it.

the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.

yea i have that problem too, only when turned wheels all the way, hisssssssssssssssss.....

Usually during cold start-up. (Well that's cuz when i drive off my driveway, i have to make a sharp turn.. but yea..)

Could be pressure building up in the powersteeringpump.
Usually indicates something's wrong with valves.

i think some hiss is normal, but the screeching sound is the belt needing to be replaced and tentioned correclty.
