molding body kit - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #2275 9 posts Started by stelica85
I don't know if anyone here has molded there body kit onto there car to give it that smooth, clean, sexy look but i would love to do it. The only problem is no one will touch my car when i talk to them because, apparently after time the two peices expand and contract diffrent and begin to seperate. I've seen many cars with it done and i would like to know how they did it.
I just got my blitz kit put on and it looks great but if it looked like part of the car it would be better
Go to a autobody shop my friend. >smile.gif>

Could we please, please, please see some pics of that Blitz kit? I'm dying to see that kit on a Celica. >biggrin.gif>

Yes PLEASE PLEASE post pics i have just ordered the bumper for myself in the UK and cant wait to see it actually on a celica.

How was it to fit, is the fitment good, and did you cut the fenders up loads?
yes i did have to cut the bottom of the fender off to get it to fit, and i'll try to borrow a digi camera from my cusion so i can take a few pics but i'll warn you its still alittle rough. And i havn't got it painted so its 2 diffrent colors
How easy was the fitting? Is the bumper a good fit, around the headlamps and fenders, or did you need to add some more fibreglass in areas and sand stuff down?
