this happens alot... main cause of it is bad installation.... i know of one guy that was killed when his clutch plate went through the fire wall .... and another guy that almost lost his leg when is cut parts of the plat cut through the firewall and cut his leg...
im with the others on bad install. I know there r alot of Probe owners with these clutches, 1 a close friend. I was gonna get the stage III for my probe cause it was equal to the CM stage II but cheaper.
nope doesn't matter how bad of a driver u are... if the clutch was installed right that would not have happened.... u'll bunr the clutch or grind some gears... but u can be a great driver... and **** like if u where in an auto .. with no kick... and if the clutch is installed wrong.. BAMM ... thats what u get...
yea thats definetly bad driver ...just look at how burnt blue the pieces of the flywheel are...its obvous the clutch was slipping like crazy, the dude says he was doing a "2 min" burnout... how F&*KING dumb is that. looks to me like the flywheel shattered. thats not a spec problem thats a idiot driver problem >>

i think he was slipping the clutch on the car while doing the burnout to keep the rmps up... that would explain the burns and grooves... and the flywheel i think was just tooo much pressure and heat... however i think the flywheel was first to go in my opinion... that would explain alot... like why did the cluthc just burn out... well if you gotta better idea tell me what you got...
