Well it's come

any tips or suggestions? Any stupid things people do often during tests I should watch out for? Dont turn too wide, dont go over the speed limit, start to slow down well before the turn, use blinker always, even when in the parking lot and parallel parking and parking on hill thing. Any others?
Just follow all the rules you learned in driver's ed. and you'll be fine. Don't speed or run red lights or run over curbs, or you automatically fail. But it's really easy to pass, at least in Washington, so don't stress over it. >smile.gif>

New Toyota project coming soon...
i took a 3 month drivers ed with 1.5 months in class and 1.5 months training in car... i passed it all with 100%. helped alot tho.

the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.
Never took driver's ed, have about 25-30 hours of driving experience, over 5 months. And I own a manual, but im taking my mom's automatic...I drive the manual pretty good but I dont wanna risk anything
i'd take the celi for a run in the license now, more than enough experience on the clutch... i took mine in a 1999 jeep grand cherokee. almost a year ago in like a month.

fasten seatbelts and adjust mirrors b4 they tell you and make small talk. That should get you to pass

Don't feel bad, I don't have one either.
tss, ur lucky yoyr not living in ontaio, you need to give an arm and a leg just to get one. The only advice i can give you is to not be nervous, just be calm, just stick to whatever you learned and you'll be fine.

Go leafs go
check your blind-spots. >smile.gif>.

im pretty sure points are a bad thing... >tongue.gif>
Look for signs. Do Not Turn On Red will usually get rookies.

A Jaws4God Creation...
When you go into intersections of any sort, exaggerate turning your neck to check your blindspots. Even in a little subdivision where your going straight through a T intersection and you dont have to stop...look everywhere. Thats my first 5 points I got off.

I was in a turning lane and the arrow turned yellow when i was a bout a car length behind the stop line....stop for yellows if you safely can, i could have, thats 5 more pts.

There was 1 other point i got off....dont remember what it was for but Im sure you will be fine. Good luck

and the results are?

i am awesome

Decided to do it Friday, get some more practice. As long as I have done it before the weekend, i'll be happy. Just getting me to go is hard as hell, I need alot of motivation to get me to go. I fear failing
Make sure you practice parelle parking.
i still havent got my regualr license yet, i get it april 5th iam looking forward to start driving the celica, iam guess in florida youre lucky because you if you take drivers Ed and you do good they give you a waver where when you do to the DMV you show them a pink slip and they give you a license, and also parallel parking isnt required here to pass even though we practiced when i was in drivers Ed...But good luck man just be confindent and cool, try to act like you dont even know the guy is there

I'am Reinventing the SLow Lane.....
a word of advice. be really proper and nice to whoever is administering the test. its good insurance in case you have a minor screw up

That NEEDED to be quoted! When I took my test, the guy looked really mean and people were saying he was mean. When I got in the car I said "Hi, How are you?" And was just really nice. You know what, I made a couple minor errors and he never even wrote them down!
Just follow the basics, and dont panic.

You could do wha i did.... I took my celica to my school parking lot after school hours and pacticed paralel parking over and over and over and then backing aound a corner over an over and over.... Worked prety good even tho I paniced on tetest and failed the backing around a corner and having to try again on parallel parkng. But I barly passed.... Hahha I gotta 83 on the driving test. >tongue.gif>

No tips or anything, there isnt much you can do but hope to god you don't hit anyone. When I did my drive test I had the fattest instructor. She was SO fat I couldn't get into 5th gear. Also a guy jumped out in front of me... on foot... and I almost hit him. I got marked down for that. JUST DON'T HIT ANYBODY.
