I read a few articles saying that Americans are working more and more with less leisure then ever before. Do you Work to much?

8-11 hours a day, 6 days a week. All shifts starting at 11PM at night.

I work between 30 and 40 AND go to school full time... It seems like I have no time for myself...
i work 30 at one job, go to school (one class) then every afternoon i have something called cooperative education, where i go work for free to get job experience... yeah i'm busy
I worked around 50 hours a week when i was 17-18 and was in school full time.. it sucked. The two days i wasnt working 10 hours i was in school for 10 hours, and then had a g/f on top of that.. it blew and i failed two classes, so now i work minimum, and and am now looking for a part time job.
i voted the second one cuz i think that was supposed to be less than 30.

3 hours on weekdays, 9 hours on saturday. so around 20 hours a week. i make good money for my age tho.

I think the US is one of the most overworked nations. A lot of European countries have 4 day work weeks and get 1-2 months of vacation time rather than our standard 2 weeks.

still wouldnt say we're overworked those extremely poor agriculture cultures work their ass off for us to get the cheap foods.

I worked 66 hours this week, and plan on doing the same next week. Why??? Because I am finaaaallllyyyy going to buy my projectors! YAYAYAYAY I actually put a pic of a celica with projectors at my worksite. Everythime I wanted to go home, I would look at the projectors, and stay.

I really only have to be there 8.5 hours a day. Anything more than that is time and a half. i work nights cause its another $1 an hour and I dont have to deal with stupid people and their crap. also my entire 6th day is time and a half.
I do it for the pay and because I got a bit credit card happy a few years ago. My credit is paid now but I like having a nice fat pay check every week also.

But dont think IM happy about that cuz my paychecks for 2 week ends up like 50bucks at the most.... ITs been like this for like 2 months! LOL BUt this week is great cuz I get 12 hours in this week than the average 3 hours per week.

I'm suppose to work 40 hours a week, but seem to get called in for an extra 10 every few weeks.
I work 10:30pm - 9:30 am (with an hour lunch) 4 nights a week (40 hours)

it depends how long the tournament lasts every week. But on average probably 4 to 6 hours a week as a professional gambler.

I get salary but I average about 3500-4000 a month.
worked 17 hours today ... yea it was boring but i want to finish fixing up the celi.. i'm going to look for a 2nd job .. just so i can buy projectors... new wheels .. projectos , momo wheel ... and rebuild the engine ... and replace everthing that is rusted in the engine bay... damn i'm working for my car... well want to work for my car.. and damn it .. i like it...
