Hey finally got some pics of my car since it got hit a month or two ago. Can I fix this by myself?

i think you can it doesn't look like it's buckled anywhere. you can probabilily get that out.

use metal working hammer and rubber mallet ...go buy it a automotive shop ...that all u need ....gl with it tho..

No, you can't fix that. You need to get ahold of a body man to look at that for you. I recomend Bigmeanbulldog55. You give him a few bucks and he'll take it out for you.

Seriously though, you can get them out a little. I'd have too see some better picks to tell you exactly what to do. But your best bet is going to be taking the panels out on the inside and pushing the dents out. This is going to be a little more time consuming, but you could end up just hurting the situation from going at it from the outside. You'll never be able to get that perfect without some puddy(or lead if you like), but you can get it close if you take your time. One more thing, try to use your hands as much as you can before you try using a hammer or any other tool. This will keep you from putting dents in that don't belong. Metal will try to go back the way it was if you use your hand.

More pics could help, if you have anymore question you can pm me. There's a few more poeple on here who know a good bit about this stuff, you can try to find them and ask them too.

EDIT: I was looking at the picks again and..... that really doesn't look to bad. You'll be able to get all that with your hand, don't use a hammer or mallet at all.

thats almost the same as what happened to mine. Just take off the panel as if you were changing the rear speakers and take a block of wood and hammer that to keep from putting the hammer marks on the exterior. I had paint taken off also so I just hit the wrinkles with some bondo to smooth it out. You also might want to take and put a peice of v-bar or some kind of support in there if the peice seems to pop in and out too easily.

ur so lucky the door is fine! (from what i can tell). otherwise you'd have two panels to patch and paint.

and that car is filthier than mine and atm, my car is freaking filthy - rally spec

I think you can. It dont look that bad. Buy a stud welder/puller, there cheap these days and weld some studs so you can pull out most of the dent

if thats rust on there make sure u take care of that

Ill try to take better pics when the car is cleaner. I would try to attempt to fix it up a bit but its been cold out.

Hey, if it makes you feel better, i had a dent about 3 times as deep as that, but I got it fixed because of insurance money. I suggest taking it to a good shop though, because otherwise you'll be able to tell they fixed it.

that dent looks familiar, I have one same spot but its not that bad, and POP'S A DENT does not work for $%&# what a waste of 20 bucks. Mine was a garage incedent where the endge of the garage was not looking where it was going and ramed right into me.the little trickster. anyway i'm taking it to a body shop in a few weekss where there gana fix that, and paint my doors/hatch.

good luck, I would put a little extra in it and have a shop do it, rather then try it yourself, unless you know you can, its just not worth it to try alone I think.
