yea the fly wheels should be part of our database if not click a clutch in the database and the site will have light weight flywheels
well LAGOS when it comes to 7afe nothing major is

plugs wires cap and rotor lol
a tune up
you have nothing little to do to the 7afe

ummm breather kit, CAI, Exhaust, suspension handling, short shifter

but IMO i'd go for the head job, flywheel, exhaust and intake maybe even the pulley best gains in my opinion for under 2k total

now if you want gains bore out to about 83mm(2mm over)
forged pistons and rods (highcompression) and upgrade your fuel system
that will yeild i duno like 20% power gains maybe

with my dirtbike i bored out and got ruffly 40% but thats 1 cyl. motor cycle
so just a ruff idea
Remove A/C, weight reduction is also easy. Don't forget to upgrade your brakes along with the supension.

Start from the beginning man, you seem to be pretty new at this you shouldnt jump into an EMS when you dont even need it.

I was in the same boat a while back and came to the realization that few things are needed for the 7afe with out spending thousands and thousands. A basic spark plug/ wires/ KN filter/ full exhaust/ short shifter for starters. If you are more hardcore and want to step it up i'd do like others said and go step 2. Port and polish, forged pistons, clutch, flywheel, fuel management system, ignition. if it isnt enough, level up with a TURBOOO. Despite all this work, it'd still be very expensive which is why i just decided to just maintain the car and keep it workin along with some rims/tires and the above work before step 2 until i have an extensive amount of money before i enter the world of turbo. hope this helped >biggrin.gif>
YEAH MAN exactly i just want my ride to be sweet but have a little ass to race you know...thanks broham... i like your pic of barret
