I have the main radiator and then a small one in front? Whats that? is it part of the bigger one? Is it separate for the transmission? I need to know cuz the little one in front is damaged and I need to replace it. Its on my 94 GT automatic.

i think the small one might be for A/C
well i know one of the fans is for the ac. If it is for the ac then im not gonna replace it if I dont have to.

It's part of your ac and doesn't need replacing unless your ac stops working. I think it's called the condenser?
im obviously no expert but i think your right. its supposto control electrical surges. when theres a surge in juice it heats up absobing the extra voltage and then being cooled off by the raidiator.

the A/c dosnt have an extra part in front of the radiator.... I have a/c and nothing is there, I although do have a manual trans and dont have the thing your talking about. It could be a transcooler, but I dont know if celica's came equiped with them.
yea the small one is the AC(no fan)
the BIG one that you can see and is attached to bracets
is engine aka radiator(fan)
no, if u have one big radiatior and a little one thats up front, thats the stock oil cooler. some autos came with them if i'm not mistaken macvely's car has this as well.
