Scion xB - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #20737 13 posts Started by My94RedCelica
I found a 2005 Scion xB with 1,900 miles. It has power everything and in great condition. They're asking 12,000 for it. I'm in need of a daily driver, since my Celica is going to be strictly a show car. Is this an impulsive buy or a steal? Not sure of transmission or anything, I haven't got ahold of the seller.
it is a steal depending upon if the car has any of scion accesories on it, and if the title is clean... remember that a manual lists for $14,195 MSRP, so to me somthing dosent seem right that its so cheap...

Buy it and you can bring it to my teams Toyota show this year along with your Celica.

might as well get a brand new xB for that much.... JMO... besides who wants to drive around a box anyways??? id say take out a small loan and get a tC instead.

Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them allNo but I don't buy itLike anything you do, as anyone you areCause I'm...Ten Speed, of God's Blood & Burial
That's what I was wondering about the price. It seams awefully low. I knew they start at like, 14,000. It says it has TRD seats in it, satellite radio, cd player. I'm hoping to get ahold of him tomorrow and find out the deal on it.

Yeah I can sport two rides up there. Although the Celi is a lot more impressive, well, in theory will be once I get motivated and take it to a shop. What do you mean by your team?
Well, not a team. Just more like a group of local Toyota enthusiasts.

OK here's the deal. He's a deal of Mercedes, Porches, high end cars. He was making a delivery and it came in to the dealership on truck while he was there. They backed it off the truck and hit the quarter panel so the dealership couldn't sell it as new. So the guy bought it, fixed the quarter panel, and was gonna give it to his wife. Well, she has a Mercedes and didn't want the car. It had an original sticker of 18.800. it's a manual. Hmmmm. . . . tempting. . .
If you can deal with 1.5L VVTi, then I say go for it...
You won't like it if you like your celica. Get something else
Why's that? Lack of power? For the price, I could get me a 2000 v6 solara. .
It is still a used car so the price drop is already there. Imo it isn't gonna be a very fun car to drive so if I were you I would look for a celi to drive for that price. Heck 99's - 2001's are in that price >wink.gif>
