I'm depressed. - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #20383 47 posts Started by Jen
You ever have those moments where NOTHING in your life is going right.. and you just want to break down and cry..

And you need someone to hold you.. but no one is there.. or no one cares..

And you feel like everything you do isn't good enough, or a waste of time..

Hey Jen heres a hug for you *HUGZ!!!!* You should come down to SLC and we could snuggle >wink.gif> I'm sorry things aren't going well for you, I know exacly how you feel, sometimes it feels like you are all alone in the world and that nobody cares. But truth is people do care about you and what you do influences the entire world in one way or another. Look at it this way, You are damn good looking and you have plenty o' friends on here who will look out for you >smile.gif>
I have too last year from november to march. Guess you could say I finally snapped but on the plus side unlike the past where I tucked it away inside for it to fester I got over all of it. Actualy I got over more then just that but it doesnt matter. Point is to figure out what you have that you feel is worth cherishing and then to build on things from there. Take me for example I am partialy deaf (cant be fixed and hearing aids don't work), am single and have been for months, been out with people my age less then 20 times in the last 2 years, and am unable to really run or jump due to my knee injury. Some of it is a bummer but I am rather happy where my life stands cept when I ahve to get up for work at 7 on a weekend >biggrin.gif>
I'm feeling that way right now, waiting for GT4 to come out >frown.gif>
I'm just so lost, confused, and scared. >frown.gif> I hate feeling like this.

Well can't say i know how you feel because we don't know whats going on. all I can say is relax and try and take your mind off of things. Worrying never solved anything so try and clear your head for a bit.
i know how ya feel...

dont worry youll bounce back >smile.gif> think happy thoughts, its what i do when im down and no ones around.

I don't really post here often but I'd like to offer a bit of advice..... LAUGH! Find something to laugh at.... anything.... watch some funny tv.... read a funny book.... hang out with your funniest friends.... laughing makes a world of difference when your down. I've gone through some pretty emotonial **** in the past 6 months and if I wasn't able to laugh through it all I don't know how well off I would be today. Also... don't dwell on it.... I'm sure there are plenty of people on 6GC that would be willing to lend an ear.... talking about it, no matter how much it hurts, will definitly help. Hell.... if nobody else will listen... I will >biggrin.gif>.

When my girlfriend of a year and three months broke up with me, I watched a good comedian that night, which took my mind off my troubles and allowed me to sleep peacefully later.
comedy is the best medicine, thats why 85% of the TV I watch is comedy central. I always have a couple comedians cd's in my car too. Dane Cook is the ****.

So what exactly is wrong?
I act strangely to stress, I mean i'll be kinda stressed out then I get a rush, like I got nothing to lose and things seem to go well after that, or just my perception.
