Hey guys Ive been thinking alot about where my life is going and I really want to start doing something. So I started looking up schools on the internet and came across this, AIU online , and am wondering if anyone has any experience with this type of thing? I know its not some fancy school but really that doesnt mean anything in the real world anyways.

That link isn't a school Im looking at in particular, it just happens to be one I found while looking for local schools.

I know this type of thing will take dedication and I really think I can be serious about it, and having it work around my schedule which for the time being is wide open would be cool.

I would consider University of Phenix Online. its suppose to be really good, however my school has online classes as well, i hear there pritty good but not for the adnvanced tech classes i'm taking, all depends on what class etc.

Ya thats what I really have to decide, I figure Ill just find a single course, probably math, and try it out. I still have plenty of time before I do anyhting but I really like the idea of not having to go back to school, or atleast cutting down on the time spent there.

Yeah, but you miss the chance to meet new people (mainly girls) not that I have had to much luck with it anyway, its still a chance you dont get if you dont go.

Ya thats why I wanna try and do some courses at school, so I dont miss the whole experience.

My dad teaches for the University of Phoenix online and my mom got her MBA through there as well. It takes a little longer via online because its designed for people who work during the day and can take the class online when they have the time.

If you are serious about going back to school, look into going back full time or part time at a community college or a nearby 4 year college first. Depends how much time you need to commit to working during school. If those still do not seem right for you, then online is a great way to go.

Hey man thanks for the input! Ya I still have alot of looking into aswell as time before I take that step. My mom knows a few people who gone the online route, one is finshed her masters and the other is going through now and they both say nothing but good things about it.

At first I was thinking it was just kinda ascam but I guess its a pretty viable option for people.

The area in kentucky I live doesnt have many decent schools in a short distance and Ive had enough of living penny to penny on my own the last few years, so staying home for the duration of my schooling would be choice.
