You should be able to get the coupon by entering CALMSFENCE in the discount box. It only works if you're buying more than 20 dollars (so 2 copies of cal)

I ordered mine on Wednesday 12/15 & selected the UPS 1 - 5 days (w/ a 2 - 3 day processing time) It didnt ship until Monday 12/20, however they sent it via UPS 2nd day air & I got it the next day (yesterday) 12/21! >>

Only two known issues: Whites don't print out so good from cafepress. So December, if you look closely, has slight blue blotches. Not sure whats up with that. November on Manny's car has it also.
