Will ProCarParts.com's clear signal lights fit in my Celica? It says they have to have the foglights. Now mine have the foglight cutouts, but no foglights. Are the foglights required for the wiring or something?

I can't tell if they come with the bulbs or not from their description, and if they do, are they clear or amber?

I wanna say that they come with amber bulbs but don't quote me. But I think that's the way mine were. Because stock are white bulbs with amber lenses.
