i was with ym friends crusing the streets of rosamond,ghey. but then a cop flashed his spolight on me, while we were driving, so i pulled into ampm, i rolled down my windo thinking i made a lane change without a singal, then all of a sudden lights and spotlights on my car. he told me to put my hands out the window then to take the keys and put them on my roof, i had 3 other friends and right now im thinking im screwed. well he made me get out walk to my left with ym hands up, then get down on the ground, he did this one at a time to my friends, hand cuffed us and said my car matched the description that was in a robbery, well at least 20 people were staring at the 4 of us on the ground with 7 cops with there guns drawn on us. some guy was even videotaping it. well then they saw us high school white guys with lettermen jackets on and not the hispanic wife beater shirts on. and they let us go, after being imbarressed, it was quite a night.

I'm curious though, was their stolen vehicle a white celica coupe with veilside bodykit? I don't see how they would mistake your car with some generic.

I don't see how our cars could be mistaken for some other car either, but it happens. A couple weeks ago I was walking to my car between my classes at high school, and I walked towards it and the school vice principal and security guard were there, along with some pissed-off middle-aged guy who probably had an IQ down in the teens. He started yelling at me and accusing me and my car of chasing his kids at a local grocery store the night before, and I didn't do it, so I started laughing and then yelling back at him that it's illegal to come on school grounds to harass and falsely-accuse people of stuff. He finally was like "Whatever, tell 'em to them cops."(Exact words too...this guy was simply retarded >>). I had to go inside and talk to the vice principal and school officials and stuff, and they could tell the guy was dumb too, and we all agreed that the guy's kids probably saw a yellow car, and then he drove by the school, saw a yellow car at a high school, and assumed it was me. The cops never showed up either, so I'm guessing the guy either didn't tell the cops, or he told them, and the cops saw how stupid he was and told him they'd try to do something but just didn't do anything. I was so mad through all this though! I wanted to press harassment charges against the guy for coming onto school property to harass and cuss at me.

If that had happened to me, i would said the guy was retarded, or something like that to make him hit me.

I don't get all the talk about suing people. I mean seriously... There are stupid people out there, but suing everyone isn't going to make them not stupid and it not going to help them out financially. If they are stupid they are prolly just barely making and suing them will only put them on welfare which hurts us all

They think they're *ALL THAT*. This $hit happend to me once but the story is different.

One night i was over at my friends house working on his car and stuff. Than we decided to go in the house to look up for some info before tweaking it. His uncle came over and chilled with us. Later my friend and his uncle went about somewhere while i was left in the house still researching. The research didn' take that long at all. After all is done I went outside the house and guess what...

I see 5 police with their flashlights and walkin all crazy. They spot me and ordered me to raise both my hands up and stand calmly still. One had his gun drawn out. One came to me and asked for my name. So i gave him my name in reply but he confused me by repeating my answer in a questioning manner, "(name) what"? I asked What in reply? Than he says what is your last name? Sheesh! Another police later asked me if i live here and for the house #, I honestly told them that I don't know this houses # and the person who lives here is a friend of mine. They just assumed that i was lying? WAt the fuq. They were discussing right? So I lowered my hand and into my pocket. the cop look at me and told me to keep my hands out but i told them that i ain't got any $hit. Than the fools search me up and foudn out i ain't got $hit.

To sum it up and keep it short, they were lookin for my friends uncle. The reason is because he abused his girlfriend and she called up on him. It's just too insane how they be actin like that. If only you guys could see the scene that happend later on...mad crazy.

waoh dude wat a coincidence. i jus watched my cousin vinnie for the first time in my life yesterday . if they made u go to court u should get joe pesci >> its about these kids who visited a retail store got arrested when they found out 30 mins later the car that fit their description robbed the store and killed the store clerk. funny stuff but 2 bad wat a crap nite! sorry to hear that
