Welcome guys! >

You're right about the swaps being similar in both fifth and sixth gen. Celicas...I do believe that the 3S-GTE swap is easier in a fifth gen. Celica though, at least the ST185 swap anyway. That's what I read a couple times over at Celica.net I believe.
But you're at a good site to find lots of good information about the swap. Lots of people have done it and posted helpful information, and if you do a search you'll find tons of info. And if you can't find what you need after you search, just post and we'll try to help you out. >

Where exactly is Regina? Is it in the US? I've never heard of it before.

lol i guess i should have told u where regina it... i am from canada i do not live in the us. I just find that people in Sask are very down on the toyota celica's they are in love wtih the civics and Integs bassically everyone in the city drives on... none real original so i coulnd't get much help from anyone in regina on them, all our shops don't sell the amount of parts and supplies for them as apposed to civics, and tegs.

the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.

Sup guys, and welcome to our community!
have fun, and learn tons of new things, 5th gen, 6th gen, I think you'll find that there are a lot of overlaping threads, and that most the people here are very accepting to all celica related posts.
